Abstract Submission Rules

Abstract Submission Rules

Abstracts to be presented at the conference should take the form of experimental studies, clinical studies or original case reports; they should be of a nature that contributes to scientific progress and should convey a clear message regarding the findings.

There is no requirement to submit a full paper for our conference. Your abstract alone may be published in the conference proceedings.

As abstracts submitted online will be printed exactly as they are, care must be taken to avoid spelling mistakes. Authors are responsible for any spelling mistakes.

Abstracts will be accepted in the Oral and Poster categories. Abstracts that appear in the programme but are not presented at the conference, or that are not submitted on time, will not be published.

Abstracts will be evaluated by the Scientific Advisory Board, and letters of acceptance or rejection, along with details of the presentation format (oral/poster), will be sent to applicants by 21 August 2026.

To complete the congress registration process, you must submit your registration request to the organising secretariat, Claros Tour, and pay the registration fee into the specified bank account. » The Scientific Committee reserves the right to decide whether papers should be presented as oral or poster presentations. The outcome of the assessment will be communicated to all authors in a written notification; we would like to emphasise that authors should take note of the final decision regarding the format of their presentations.
