Presentation Guidelines

Oral Presentations

• Oral presentations may be delivered in Turkish or English.
• Oral presentations will take place on the days and at the times specified in the programme throughout the congress.
• The duration of the oral presentation, including the discussion, is 10 minutes.
• Participants giving oral presentations will present their papers in the specified venues and sessions.
• The oral presentation may be prepared using the ‘PowerPoint’ programme in Office 2016 or later versions. 
• The meeting rooms will be equipped with all the necessary technical facilities.

E-Poster Presentations

• Poster presentations will be published as E-Posters.
• E-posters must be prepared as a single-page PowerPoint file in portrait format (80 cm × 100 cm) and saved in both JPEG and PDF formats. It is important to provide both formats to ensure the readability of the poster presentations.
• Images to be used in E-Posters must have a resolution of at least 300 dpi.

E-posters must be submitted in PowerPoint, JPEG and PDF formats to the email address vetmik2026@gmail.com by 21 August 2026 at the latest.
