*Registration for the Meeting Package will close at the end of businessday on 16 September 2026.
*The prices stated above are in Turkish Lira and include VAT.
*The meeting period starts on 6 October and ends on 8 October.
*The meeting package includes access to the meeting rooms, lunch and coffee breaks.
*All registrations are confirmed upon payment. To confirm your registration, please send your payment receipt to the organising secretariat via email at kongre@claros.com.tr after you have made your payment.

Cancellation / Refund Policy
* All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to kongre@claros.com.tr.
* For cancellation requests made before 21 August 2026, 50 per cent of the remaining amount, after deduction of bank transfer charges, will be refunded following the Congress.
* No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this date.

*Accommodation at the Limak Ambassador Hotel is optional. The accommodation rates stated above apply to the Limak Ambassador Hotel.
*Participants may choose to stay in different accommodation options according to their own preferences.
*Accommodation bookings will close at the end of businessday on 16 September 2026.
*The prices listed above are in Turkish Lira and include VAT and sales tax on a bed and breakfast basis.
*The accommodation package begins on the day of arrival, 6 October, and ends with breakfast on the day of departure.
*Check-in time at the hotel is 6 October 2026 at 14:00, and check-out time is 12:00.
*If staying in the same room as two adults, the first child aged 00–11:99 stays free of charge, the second child aged 00–02:99 stays free of charge, and children aged 3–11:99 receive a 50 per cent discount.
