Congress Venue: 17th National Congress of Veterinary Microbiologists will be held at Limak Ambassador Hotel, Ankara between 06-08 October 2026.

Congress Language:             Official language of the congress is Turkish and English.

Important Dates:            Deadline for Abstract Submission: 14 August 2026

                                          Registration Deadline: 16 September 2026

                                          Conference Dates: 6–8 October 2026

Certificate of Attendance: All participants who have registered for the congress will be issued with a certificate of attendance.

Invitation Letter: An invitation letter will be sent, upon request, to participants who have completed their registration, in order to facilitate their attendance at the congress. This letter is prepared solely to assist participants in obtaining authorisation from their respective organisations and does not provide any financial support to the participant.

To ensure you do not encounter any difficulties during your presentations, you must prepare your USB sticks using programmes compatible with Microsoft Office and bring backups with you. We kindly ask that you check your USB sticks at the technical desk before your presentation to avoid any technical issues. If you wish to give your presentation using your own computer, you must notify the technical desk in the meeting room in advance.
